EMBOSS programs no graphic output

Hello, I have already posted this problem on the usegalaxy forums, when you run an EMBOSS program (syco or dotmatcher for example) and you generate a graphic in png format you can’t display it. The output file has 0 bytes and the format is not recognized. This is the history:
