Add Page Selection to Breadcrumbs

What would you like to be added:
In case the main menu is collapsed or if the Dashboard runs embedded in an other framework (like Luigi) we could use the breadcrumbs to select the current project or navigate to a different page.

Ideas

• Dropdown menu for project (re-use main menu project list)
• Dropdown menu to select page (clusters, members, ...)
• We could include My Account, Settings, dark mode selection if we want to get rid of the avatar menu
• We could add a dedicated All Clusters menu item, to avoid having it mixed into the Project List

Why is this needed:
The main menu is not always visible
