[OpenMFP] Self Subject Rules Review

If no rbac roles exist for an user and the authorization is done externally using OpenFGA, we need to find a solution to check user permissions so that we can hide features / buttons etc. depending on the rights.
Right now, this is done using Self Subject Rules Review. We need to implement some kind of translation for OpenFGA on the backend.
