Input lag on some hardware

Describe the bug
I am using a 2008 Lenovo Thinkpad, and when this mod is installed, I get input lag when playing. My suspicions are this is due to mod having its own keymap settings that basically override the base game ones, and my suggestion is to add a config value to disable this functionality.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the mod on a really underpowered PC
2. Run the game
3. Try doing literally anything

Expected behavior
No input lag.

Device specs: Intel Core 2 Duo, NVidia Quadro FX 570m, 4GB DDR2 ram, SATA3 SSD, running Windows 10
