Feature description

As requested in bounty program I have implemented initial version of WebLN payments in RSS reader.

Describe the solution

I have developed FreshRSS reader extension which reads RSS feed, extracts value tag and enables WebLN payments for feeds supporting podcast:value tag.
Currently extension supports type="node" (keysend) and type=lnaddress which follows LUD-16, not keysend/options.
