Remote-SSH: Unable to "Search files by name" #2252

    When using Remote-SSH, the "Search files by name" completely does not work.

I am on a Windows 11 Pro X86 OS remoting into a MacBook Pro Apple M1 Pro on Sonoma 14.6.1

  1. If you can, steps to reproduce are super helpful
  1. SSH into a machine on local network using public private key
  2. Search for file
  3. No files are suggested.

I have even tried just running cursor ./path/to/file.ts and it sometimes works and sometimes throws an exception back at me.

Love the IDE but need this basic stuff to work before I make the transition, especially to pay.
