I was wondering if there a publish system like gitbook , which use to publish as epub or pdf.

The book is incomplete at the moment, it is not planned to produce an epub or pdf.
You may directly use the GitHub mobile website for reading which is a temporal but good solution.

Another alternative solution is to produce a dedicated website for the book. However, it is remaining unplanned for now. Thank you for your interest, and sorry for any inconvenience.

Well, thanks for you help.

How do you think about keep this issue opening, and maybe someone will be interested in doing this thing.
Add a website or Add in gitbook with CI/CD , etc...

P.S. gitbook is not an option since it is yet another platform and increases its maintainability.
