Colab AI Error

When I click on "Explain Error" or ask a question on the Colab AI I get "Error: FetchError: Could not fetch resource at https://colab.research.google.com/language-services/converse?authuser=0: 400". What are the steps to successfully use the Colab AI to assist me with my code? This is the first time this happened to me. I've used Google Colab for about 2 months. The web browser I'm using is Google Chrome.

I have just signed up for Colab using Chrome for Ubuntu 22.04 (Version 127.0.6533.119 (Official Build) (64-bit)). All my settings are default, and I am getting this error. Steps to replicate: 1. File -> New notebook in Drive 2. Type np in the code cell and execute it to get "NameError: name 'np' is not defined" 3. Click "Next steps: Explain error" 4. A tab "NameError" will open, Gemini will say "Thinking..." and raise error "Error: FetchError: Could not fetch resource at https://colab.research.google.com/language-services/converse?authuser=0: 403"
