Remove all preview stuff

Fix: Remove quick edit link, remove links in post update messages, set post type public tu false.

Fix: 'More info' issue

• 'More info' didn't show up, if only the CV, the email, the role, the city or the year of birth was inserted.

Hotfix: Write context error

In PHP versions < 5.5 a write context error occured because if empty() was used on a return value. Before checking if empty, the result is now stored in a variable.

Upgrade Routine

Since this version contains an upgrade routine, the default option values are set automatically now.

Visibility options & additional information

This release bringt two new features:

• An option page to define which fields should only be visible for election profiles
• A new field section to add additional information

Minor changes:

• Empty lines in mandates and memberships description are skiped now.
• The smartspider now contains the link to the smartvote profile.
