Parallel link is dead

Link to parallel @ 8a570f8 in src/ is dead, which prevents speedseq from building.

Trying to use git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/parallel.git as suggested in #124 hangs.

Trying to access git://git.savannah.gnu.org/parallel.git or even the domain https://savannah.gnu.org/ times out completely.

I was lucky enough to have a clone already in another directory I could use for this, but most people won't have that.

Hi, I tried and had the same issue. but I found a new link that seemed to have worked

git clone https://git.savannah.gnu.org/git/parallel.git
