Python 3.6

Hi,

I'm having troubles installing svtools with both pip and conda. I am assuming it is because I am using python 3.6. I have switched all of my installations to python 3.6, and I would prefer not to have a separate environment with python 2.7 just for svtools. Are there plans for an updated version that requires python 3.6 instead of 2.7?
