Question about parameter 'max_reads' of classic svtyper. #98

Hi, I noticed that the default is unlimited for 'max_reads' in classic svtyper. But why are there still some ungenotyped SVs in the output ? How should I deal with them (remove or filter on something ) ? I didn't find any answers. Apologize if I miss something. Thank you very much !
