Cant trigger swipe event on ipad after many operation of swipe

I found a problem in my daily job. We use angular and hammerjs to implement image switching,but we found the UI cant trigger swipe event after many fast operations of swipe. I test it with IPad and HP touchpad, the problem only occurs on ipad. We have been counfused for a long time,thank you very much for providing some ideas.
