Make a link in nav bar to access input page #9

Right now the only way the /input page is accessible is through adding /input in the search bar. 😱

We want a link in the nav bar that

  1. is only visible after logging in
  2. is only visible if the user has the admin permissions

So what happened here? did it completely borke? or did it conflicted with the other pr #12 ?

Edit:
So... I ended up running the repo locally with the last changes and nothing seemed broken. Though, I did notice that some of the responsive styles, from the other pr, where missing in the last commit. If that was intentional, then great! But if it wasn't, should we re-add them?
