🐛 Bug Report

设置tabSize="4"后, 从其他编辑器粘贴\t, 占用了8个空格的长度

"monaco-editor": "^0.30.1"

Steps To Reproduce

前置条件, 设置tabSize="4"

OK: 键盘输入tab, 转为4个空格
NG: 复制一个tab, 占用了8个空格的长度

正确处理 \t, 不论输入还是粘贴的数据, 与配置保持一致
