Make the inverse liesIn relation query work

So when asking for this:
https://api.histograph.io/search?q=%22pieterskerkhof%205%22&related=hg:liesIn&related.type=hg:Building

The response contains the hg:Building that was requested

[bertspaan]

This query will return all concepts which contain a "Pieterskerkhof 5". However, filtering on type (and dates), do not yet work for those queries. Solution: make Cypher query which finds related concepts (https://github.com/histograph/api/blob/master/queries/related.cypher) filter on type + date.
