OS X app list = circular mask, App store = no mask

Can we correct this inconsistency?

OS X app list doesn't always have circular icons. App store is using whatever icon provided by the app author

yea but that doesn't guarantee all logos to be circular, for example, localbitcoins, betcoin and satoshi rat

App store does have a mask, a 10px border radius. Making a circular mask is easy, 50% border radius. But I don't like how it forces everybody's logo to be circular. See how it cuts off bitcoin prize's logo?

Yes. All I am saying is that it needs to be consistent.

Actually I'm not sure why the icons are round, it was probably just Bazyli's design decision. I'm fine with changing the icon style on the installed apps page to whatever you think is the best.
