cryptic error message when file is missing #470

ior -f script [args]

This files if script doesn't exist but with a very cryptic error message. I would suggest adding at least the scriptName to the output if not the actual error.

Also, it calls MPI_Abort which causes another error because MPI_Init hasn't been called yet.
