we cannot add the dependency in vsc-mympirun, this is a tool we ship for testing. need to find a way to make that clear.

also: fix the sanity checks in mympisanity (like https://github.com/hpcugent/vsc-mympirun/blob/develop/bin/mympisanity.py#L128)
and make the output more comprehensible
