big_patent dataset isn't available on version 1.1.3

The big_patent dataset isn't available on version 1.1.3. Need to make another release as it's available on the latest master branch only

We recently did a release (version 1.2.0), now you can load big_patent after updating the lib:

pip install --upgrade datasets
