Page will not scroll up or down (no scroll bar on browser window).

If you are referring to the Taplist screen, this is intended behavior for kiosk mode. The Taplist is designed for display only. I will be updating the code this week with improved scaling.

Excellent! Good to know. Can I assume the design (currently) is for a portrait layout on a monitor of a specific resolution? I ask this because on my android phone, I only see down to the heading for tap number 3 (because of the lack of scrolling). Thanx.

It should work in portrait or landscape mode. However, if the monitor is small, the font size in the CSS file would need to be edited. I designed it on a 20" monitor. I could add in a scaling option, but you can only fit so much data on a small screen before things would get unreadable. Could you send me the stats on you monitor.
