When I run the pip installation command of "pip install ISR" in Windows command prompt and in Ubuntu-20.04 (WSL), I get the following errors:
ERROR: Cannot install isr==1.9.0, isr==1.9.1, isr==1.9.2, isr==1.9.3, isr==2.0.0, isr==2.0.1, isr==2.0.2, isr==2.0.5, isr==2.1, isr==2.1.1 and isr==2.2.0 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

My guess is that pip is trying to install packages that need tensorflow 1.13.1 and 2.0.0, which conflict with each other.

Same on Arch except that when I try to install isr==2.2.0 explicitly it gives the following error
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow==2.0.0 (from isr) (from versions: 2.8.0rc0, 2.8.0rc1, 2.8.0, 2.8.1, 2.8.2, 2.9.0rc0, 2.9.0rc1, 2.9.0rc2, 2.9.0, 2.9.1)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for tensorflow==2.0.0
My guess is that the required TensorFlow packages are no longer available for pip
