Install requirement on GeoNode causes an error even with GeoNode installed and virtual env activated #3

Following the installation instructions of the README (installing geonode and activating virtualenv). The current setup.py causes an error.
This line: https://github.com/inasafe/safe-geonode/blob/master/setup.py#L66
causes this error:
Downloading/unpacking GeoNode (from safe-geonode)
Could not find any downloads that satisfy the requirement GeoNode (from safe-geonode)
No distributions at all found for GeoNode (from safe-geonode)

Installation should be working if GeoNode was installed and should fail if the GeoNode requirement is not installed.
