Huh, I thought we had caught most of these, but went through the files and see that stf-run-ci does not do this. Do you think this makes sense in setup_stf_from_bundles or should we add it to the pre-clean.yaml?

I think I have solved this in PR #428 but I'll have to double check before closing this out.

Ah this is partially removed in 428 but it doesn't remove Subscriptions. Very close though. I will assign this to myself to resolve at a future date.
