Summary

Extend the admin preview tools with new stage: proposal submission window.

Description

A new option in the preview tools widget that allows an admin to select the proposal submission window as a stage. This window is defined by the timeline configuration for "proposal submission open" and "proposal submission" close.

User Value

As an admin, I want more granular control over the admin preview tools, so I can see how the UI will react during actual stages that will be in a production Fund.

UX Story

When I click the widget icon, then the admin previews tool appear on my screen.

When I choose before proposal submission window, the preview should show a CTA for proposer registration.

During the window, the preview should show a CTA to start proposal and submit by the deadline.

After the submission window, the preview should show a CTA to start preparing for the next round.
