Summary

Implement campaign details modal

Description

As a user, I want to view campaign details, so I can start learning about how to participate and when I need to take action.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • When a user clicks "Campaign Details" then launch modal
  • User can view campaign title, description, key dates, and other data
  • User can view the categories within a campaign and easily switch between them
  • User can collapse / expand campaign details
  • User can collapse / expand campaign categories
  • Campaign header floats as user scrolls down category details
  • User can access campaign details modal via direct link
