Actually the library allows the possibility to define custom rules settings for attributes. It is needed to support the rules also for custom objects and not only for attributes

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

IArgumentSettingRule must support also custom objects and not only attributes. Moreover, the rule should be executed only if the custom type is defined
