My new MOES Tuya Zigbee Smart Licht Sensor is not recognized by adapter
It is not listed as supported in zigbee2mqtt.io
I use it with v1.10.3 of the adapter

Welcome to the madness that is TuYa. Things which look the same do not necessarily identify the same, and things which identify the same don't actually have to look the same.

The device you posted information on is not identical to the one you linked. Support for the device must be added to zigbee2mqtt.io before the zigbee Adapter can use it. As such, my previous comment remains valid.
