@galargh @lidel I think there was some overcorrection in the recent permissions cleanup for the ipfs/specs repo.

@darobin is not able to merge, but he used to be
@mishmosh is able to review, but is marked as a "read-only" reviewer.

We are both active contributors/reviewers to the ipfs/specs repo. What's the best way to resolve this — add us both to specs stewards group?
