Yes, thats optional but we should express at least some learning goals. This chapter is currently only a very coarse draft.

3 learning goals and high level purpose is ready in local copy of next cloud document. Need to discuss and add to GitHub.

LU06 has a decent set of LGs and takeaways, lit refs still needed, see #12 but otherwise I would like to close this issue
