add list of authors/contributors

we had this overview in previous (Leanpub-generated) versions,
to honor contributors.

imho we should add it to the current version too!

Seriously though, a lot of people put a lot of work into the curriculum in their free time. It would be nice to reference them.

@rhoadesre - it's is the GLOSSARY, not the curriculum, where we reference the contributors (this issue is NOT in the curriculum-foundation repo, but the glossary repo)
