Seats forecasts/backcasts

When the model estimated by Tramo is changed in Seats, the forecasts/backcasts used in the estimation of the components are currently based on the model of Seats. Such an option differs from the original code, which uses Tramo forecasts/backcasts. Optimally, the user should be able to choose between those two solutions.
