I have VS Express for Windows 2013
Which VS version do you use?
Or what i must do to run this solution?

You need to open the project using a Windows 8.1 machine.

I have it. Still doesn't work.
I have Windows 8.1 with update + Visual Studio Express Edition for Windows Desktop 2013(with updates).
Have You installed any packages for Visual Studio?
Have You any another version of Visual Studio?

I am using the 2013 version too and have no problems. I have no packages installed.

Try to right click on the WinRT project and press "Reload" and see if it works.
