With the ability to also specify that random values be used for various timings, "are you a human?" typing tests can be defeated!
E.g., allow the user to specify using a random delay, but no more than ... ms, and no less than ... ms, between keystrokes.
This would also make it harder for the forces of good to develop a timing profile to detect xdotool.
