'Sport editor' for divisions, classifications #53

Store divisions/classifications/power factors as data, not code.

This will allow me to support other hit factor sports more easily.

The cost is probably that I no longer get exhaustive checking of those as enums, which kinda stinks, and may lead to some rethinking here eventually.
