login to websites | wrong username and password

Tried two different websites to login with my credentials. It’s a paid service.

The username and password are correct and verified.

Both websites give me error bad username and password.

Both websites are working on other devices like iPhone and iPad

Both websites are live tv streaming sites.

Any pointers?

Same issue. When I try to login on login.live.com website, it's like the input isn't considered, I get the same error as when I doesn't enter anything ("Enter a valid email ...").
I haven't found any workaround.
