sonarr系再订阅完成后就算当前tmdb没有下一季的信息都会保留在后台持续关注，一旦有新季出现就会自动订阅，希望添加个功能，对于想追的剧增加一个订阅当前季以及后续更新的所有季选项，不然要经常手动搜索新剧动向再添加订阅，长时间下来几十部剧工作量就很大了。 希望大佬考虑一下
