看来大家都关注到这个问题了， 我的jellyfin有14个媒体库， 在nastools上展示7个，在MoviePilot上也是展示7个，
就导致很多片子实际在媒体库中， 但是识别不到， 也不会标记已入库，希望大佬们抽空的时候， 能修复此bug
