It's telling you what you need to do.
You need to source the game files from a Windows XP installation.

You need to get the files from a Windows XP iso.
For example:
windows_xp_professional_with_service_pack_3_x86_cd_vl_x14-73974.iso
Search for Pinball.da_
Dont forget the sounds files as well.

On Windows XP you can find the files in C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Pinball.
