Matomo 4 Support

@dimitristaufer I have adapted the plugins so that it works with matomo 5.
I am currently adapting the libs/js/ClickHeat.js because it makes websites a bit laggy.
I will make a pull request or separate repository. Will let you know here when I am finished.

Hi, I was able to solve the lag problem in libs/js/ClickHeat.js and the plugin is now working, but I currently have an issue with the Iframe security policy.
I resolved it by changing the security policy in the Matomo core code, which is not ideal.
If you would like to test the plugin, I can create a new repo or send a pull request to this repo.
