Review Blank river name blanks

There appear to be some sites (in the admin environment under 'Monitor - Sites') that have no site or river name information? Sort by site or river name to see where there are blanks. Can you take a look what has happened there and resolve?

@amyburness The site and river name is mandatory field when submitting result from website, so for now I cannot replicate the issue. I'll see if I could replicate it using mobile app.
