Expectations

As a user, I want to be able to download the data in the GAP in different formats

Acceptance Criteria

A user can download the data in multiple formats
A user can query data by a bbox
A user can query data by polygon
Data can be downloaded in the following formats:
(a) JSON/GeoJSON
(b) csv
(c) XML
(d) Gridded (GeoTIFF, GeoJSON)
(e) netCDF
(f) Zarr
