Expectations

As a user, I would want to have access to the data from the following model outputs via the API for select farm locations:

Short-term weather forecast (10-day): Tomorrow.io (CBAM)
Suitable planting window (SPW)
Pest & disease advisory: CABI (PRISE model)
Crop variety advisory: CGIAR model
Crop simulation: Regrow (APSIM model)

Acceptance Criteria

The SPW is emailed as a csv for Region Organics and the 2x trial sites daily
KARLO is able to pull the SPW csv from MinIO daily
The PRISE model messages are emails at the tart, end and twice a month as a csv
CGIAR model outputs
Regrow model outputs
HORUS DCAS model outputs
