RR ownership

I would be awesome if each RR on a zone could have a different owner.
This way, e.g., there could be a reverse DNS zone owned by admin, and he could delegate access to some RRs to end-users so they could change their own PTR records, but only their own ones instead of the PTR RRs of the whole zone.
