issue with sound on pmms

Heyy

I'm hoping to get some help with my /pmms.

So i have download the /pmms it works on my server and all but i have one player at this point who can use the pmms but they cant hear it they also cant hear the loadingscreen i have in my server as well we have check all there settings got them to re stall there GTAV and FiveM but still wont work.
