建议加上beforeselect的事件 #153

现在有很多场景下会有点击上传图片前，会设置一些数据工作，然后再进行上传
如果校验没有通过，通常是不允许进行点击上传图片
允许之后，点击某个上传需要额外设置表单的一些字段信息，所以通常是在点击的时候完成这些改变，时机是select之前
目前ajax,iframe可以通过另外绑定事件的方式实现，但是flash时候，由于被flash遮挡，就实现不了，是不是可以提供出beforeselect或者，弹出上传这样的API？
