Unable to implement rules

This is my .tsv rules file. I've been struggling to get it to work for some time now. In Maloja, it displays "Secos" and "Molhados" as separate entities, but they actually represent a single band.

Enter Admin Mode, you will see a refresh button next to each scrobble

Thank you. While most scrobbles were successfully reparsed, some encountered issues, with a message stating: "Success: the scrobble was not changed!" I will open a new issue to address this.
