支払額確定からN日（例：14日）経過するとユーザ画面にアラートを表示する

動機

現ジュース会アプリだと支払い通知が月イチのSlackメッセージしかないので支払いを忘れがち
利用者がジュース会を利用するタイミングで気づかせたい
