Pragmatically verify Compass Manager scaling

Description

We should pragmatically check if Compass Manager can be scaled easily.
This can be easily done by setting up stress test and adding scaling to the deployment.

Reasons

Stress test shows that for multiple Kymas added at the same time it takes quite a long time to process all of them.
