Description
Implement a new keda integration test that runs as part of release workflow.
The test should execute keda integration test on the managed kyma environment on canary landscape.

Reason
New releases should be testes on the SKR (on btp) so that the released keda images are validated against warden image authenticity verification

Example
Similar test scenario is already defined for docker-registry
